My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic, being near the Nana BTS station on Sukhumvit Soi 11, the rooms were disappointing due to being older than expected and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a definite plus, but the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms left much to be desired.
